Document Data Review

Document Data Review lets you verify cloned documents match your source data. When you clone an assessment or document, the system highlights what changed, was added, or removed. You can accept or edit changes before saving.

When You'll Use This

• Cloning assessments for reassessments: See exactly which service plan details transferred into your new assessment.

• Checking existing documents: Verify any document against its source data to catch missing information.

How to Use Document Data Review

Option 1: When Cloning a Document

1. Clone your document as normal (e.g., an assessment for reassessment).

2. The Document Data Review window appears automatically after cloning.

3. Review the changes shown in the tree structure.

4. Click "Accept" or make edits before proceeding.

Option 2: Check an Existing Document

1. Open the document you want to check.

2. Click "Updates" in the File dropdown menu.

3. The system compares the document against current source data.

How to Read the Review

Edited: Text in this section changed. Removed text shows a red strikethrough; new text is in green

Removed: This entire section or field was deleted from the document

Added: This entire section or field is new to the document

Fine-Tuning Your Changes

1. Click the section with the change.

2. Click "Edit" or the T icon.

3. Modify the text as needed.

4. Click Save to confirm.

Troubleshooting

No changes detected, but I expected some - The document matches your source data exactly. Review the source data to confirm changes were actually made.

I see changes I don't want to keep - Click Edit and adjust changes before accepting. You have full control.

I accidentally accepted changes - Use Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z) to undo immediately. Or run Document Data Review again to make new adjustments.
